About
A build shop that
also runs its own
software.
Juno Tech Group builds custom software, web and mobile applications, ecommerce, and automation systems for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools. We also build, run, and support three products of our own. That means we live with the consequences of our own architecture decisions, not just bill for them.

How we work
Four commitments we actually hold to.
You own everything
Your code, your repositories, your hosting accounts, your domains. There is no proprietary layer you have to keep renting from us. If you want to move to another team, everything transfers cleanly, and we will help with the handover.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a written quote with a defined scope before any work starts. If the scope changes mid-project, we tell you what that costs before we build it, not in an invoice three weeks later.
Visible progress, weekly
There is a staging environment from the first sprint, and you can open it whenever you want. No six-week silences ending in a surprise.
We will say no
If the thing you are asking for will not work, will not pay for itself, or would be better solved with software you can buy for $50 a month, we will tell you. Turning down bad projects is cheaper for both of us than delivering them.
What we will not do
The list matters more.
Everyone claims quality and communication. What actually separates development firms is the things they refuse to do when it would be easier not to refuse.
- Lock you into hosting or licensing you cannot leave
- Bill for hours nobody can account for
- Hand you off to a junior after the sales call
- Ship a template and invoice it as custom work
- Disappear the day after launch
