Work out a budget before you call anyone.

This is an estimate, not a quote. It exists so you can sanity-check a budget before talking to anyone. Real numbers come after a discovery call, in writing, with a fixed scope.
How to read this
An estimate is not a quote.
Why a range, not a number
Two projects that sound identical in a sentence can differ by a factor of three once you look at the data model, the integrations, and the edge cases. The range reflects that honestly rather than quoting a number we would have to walk back.
What moves the price most
Not page count. It is the parts users never see: how many systems have to stay in sync, how complex the permissions are, and how much existing data has to be migrated without breaking.
What you get instead of this
After a discovery call you get a written quote with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and dated milestones. If the scope changes later, we price the change before building it.
Ready for a real number?
Bring your configuration to a 30-minute call and you will leave with a written, fixed-scope quote.
